Mixing ratio: single component, directly diluted with water

Surface treatment: the steel surface is treated by sand blasting or shot blasting to reach the standard Sa2.5 level, or the manual rust removal reaches St3 level.

Construction Requirements

● Brushing and spraying can be used for construction. The paint should be stirred evenly before coating. If the viscosity is too high, appropriate amount of clear water can be added. The amount of water should not exceed 10%. Stir while adding until the paint is uniform.

● Remove the sand, welding slag, oil stain, floating rust and old paint on the surface of the workpiece before painting.

● Keep ventilation during construction, and shall not be constructed under the condition that the ambient temperature is lower than 5 ℃ or the humidity is greater than 70%.

● The paint film can be self-drying or low-temperature drying. When self-drying, the temperature is not less than 5 ℃ and the humidity is not more than 70%. When drying, the leveling time is not less than 15 minutes, the baking temperature is 60-80 ℃, and the baking time is not less than 25 minutes.

● When coating the second time, the first time should be dry, two times at least 2 hours apart.

● It is strictly prohibited to mix with other coatings and organic solvents.

● At the end of the construction, the appliance should be washed with clean water immediately to prevent it from drying up, and the remaining paint should be kept closed.

Avoid direct sunlight, store in a well-ventilated place, keep the container strictly sealed, and store in isolation from strong acid, strong alkali, strong oxidant, food and animal feed.
